This development will bring one of the first Dual branded hotels to the City of Miami. The mixed-use development will be comprised of a 264-room hotel, a 156-room AC Hotel by Marriott and a 108-room Element by Westin, along with over 23,000 SF of retail space located on the 1st and 2nd floors.
The site is located at the epicenter of the Brickell Avenue/Downtown Miami financial district and sits one block west of Swire’s billion-dollar mixed-use development, Brickell City Centre.

This project will be comprised of a 154-room AC Hotels by Marriott, 5,000 SF of meeting space and approximately 2,000 SF of ground floor retail space. The hotel is the latest addition to the Cascades Project, a $150 million mixed-use development located between the State Capitol and the 33-acre Cascades Park.
Ann Arbor (Michigan)- Autograph Collection Hotels
This mixed-use development is comprised of an 188-room Autograph Collection hotel, that will include a 3 meal a day full service restaurant & bar, 15,000 SF of high-end meeting and Banquet space, a 252-space parking garage and approximately 3,000 SF of ground floor retail.
The property, located blocks away from the University of Michigan and directly across the street from the University of Michigan Medical Center, will be only the second hotel developed in the area in over 30 years and benefit from consistent year-round demand for a quality hotel product.
