Tucked away on the serene waters of Alligator Harbor, Alligator Point Marina is a remote, full-service marina near the western tip of Alligator Point, Florida. Just a five-minute cruise from the Gulf and less than an hour from Tallahassee, the marina features 145 dry storage bunks, 43 wet slips with power, fuel services, a ship’s store, and floating docks. Known for its seasonal tiki bar—"The End of the World Oasis"—this tranquil spot offers a true escape from city life. With no high-rises or fast food in sight, it's a beloved gateway to top fishing spots like Dog Island Reef and the pristine beauty of Florida’s Forgotten Coast.

Alligator Point Marina is located near the western tip of Alligator Point, Florida on the serene waters of the Alligator Harbor providing protection from the Gulf of Mexico. Gulf access is quick and hassle free with less than a 5-minute run from the marina basin to the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Alligator Point Marina is less than one hour from Tallahassee off Highway 98 on County Road 370. Alligator Point offers 145 bunk dry storage facility and 43 wet slips with 30- or 50-amp power, in a protected basin along with gas, diesel, facilities & ship store. Seasonal on-site tiki bar with food and drink specials allows our customers and neighbors to enjoy hot food and cold drinks after a day on the water.

This remote marina is an outstanding full service facility that offers weekly, monthly and transient slips, with enclosed dry storage, boat slip rentals, floating docks, ice machines, a ship’s store, and fuel pumps. The End of the World Oasis, known by the locals as the “Tiki Hut” is a tiki bar and restaurant almost completely surrounded by the tranquil waters of the Alligator Harbor Marine Preserve. If you’re looking for a slower pace of life, good fishing and white sandy beaches this is the place.
