Robert Finvarb Companies is proud to announce the launch of La Serre, a French-inspired brasserie located within the newly opened Vanguard Hotel in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This marks a significant addition to the city's culinary scene, offering a refined yet approachable dining experience that celebrates the essence of French country cooking.
La Serre, meaning "the greenhouse" in French, embodies the seasonality, simplicity, and abundance characteristic of classic French cuisine. Executive Chef Michael Polsinelli emphasizes the restaurant's commitment to depth of flavor and honest, beautiful food, blending traditional French techniques with the vibrancy of Michigan's local farms, lakes, and food artisans. Diners can expect dishes like foie gras torchon, steak frites, charred local carrots, and BP Farms chicken, all thoughtfully composed and served with warmth.Detroit Metro Times
The restaurant's interior design features elegant blue-and-white accents inspired by fine china, creating a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. La Serre offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week, including a full bar menu and grab-and-go breakfast items.
