Overview.

MIA Hospitality Management (MIAHM) has been launched by hotel developer Robert Finvarb of Robert Finvarb Companies (RFC) and Brian Vujnovic. “At MIA Hospitality Management, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences while maximizing value for our owners and partners,” said Vujnovic, CEO/cofounder, MIAHM. “Our mission is to merge the perspective of hotel ownership with the discipline of best-in-class operations. That balance is what drives long-term success for our investors, associates and guests alike.” The MIA stands for Mastery • Innovation • Assurance. The firm launches with a range of services including revenue management, sales and marketing, GAAP-compliant financial reporting and property operations. It focuses on financial discipline and guest experience, supported by leadership training, capital planning, and service practices aimed at driving performance in competitive markets. The company enters the industry with a portfolio of 939 rooms across South Florida. Its first hotel under management, the Courtyard Miami Coconut Grove, joined in March, followed by the Hyatt Centric South Beach in May. In July, it added both the AC Hotel Miami Brickell and the Element by Westin Miami Brickell. The Springhill Suites Miami Downtown Medical District joined the portfolio this month. Later this fall, the Courtyard Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruiseport will be added. Looking ahead, MIAHM will also assume management of the Hyatt Centric Wynwood, currently being developed by RFC and projected to open in 2028. With additional transitions already underway, the company expects to surpass 1,000 rooms under management by the end of the year, while also laying the foundation for expansion into new U.S. markets. Finvarb brings more than 20 years as a developer and owner through Robert Finvarb Companies, with ground-up projects and asset management across Marriott and Hyatt brands in high-barrier, competitive markets including New York City, Washington, D.C. and throughout New Jersey, North Carolina, Arizona and Michigan. Vujnovic adds 25 years of hands-on operational leadership across luxury independent, lifestyle and select-service hotels, including 11 years of asset-management experience and a strong food-and-beverage concept development and execution acumen. “Our launch represents more than just another management company,” said Finvarb. “It’s about creating a culture of innovation and accountability that puts owners, associates, and guests at the center of every decision.”
